I got a late start this morning.  As I sat through a 2 and a half hour commute without FM radio, I saw a blinking road sign.  "Construction starts 9/28, consider alternative."

An alternative to the construction?  I would absolutely consider an alternative.  I can take the train, and that's all well and good but it means adding 45m on to my commute.

I could work at home, but it's hard working at home.  And it always seems like I'm in the way.  

I guess I can just leave earlier and earlier to beat the traffic.
